CODE OF CONDUCT
1.1 ABSCENE WITHOUT NOTICE
Members who cannot attended class, meetings or
do not have the capacity to work from home should notify either the
Director (Max Candy) or the Producer (Zeta-Rose Aldridge) and
the Executive Producers (James Wilkinson and/or
Traci Meek and/or Patrick Gillies)
1.4 INFORMATION MANAGEMENT
All information is to be saved into
a minimum of three save
spaces, e.g. OneDrive, portable hard-drives and computer
1.6 USE OF COMPANY PROPERTY
Use of company property, eg use of
hard drives is only to be used for company information. For
example, the productions files for portability. Under no
circumstances is company property to be used for personal use.
1.7 PROTECTING INTELLECTUAL
PROPERTY
Use of Fairy Bread Productions intellectual
property outside of the company is forbidden unless all party members
agree to its use. E.g. submitting our animated short films into
film festivals.
1.8 GENERAL HARASSMENT
AND SEXUAL HARASSMENT
Harassment of any kind will not
be tolerated in this production company.
1.9 SAFETY POLICY
Safety is a top priority. This section outlines how we
will ensure that our policy is implemented.
Physical health
1.
10-minute
breaks every hour
2.
30-minute
after 2 hours 30 minutes of work
3.
Team
members should have a water bottle on hand to keep hydrated.
Mental health
1.
Bi-weekly
checkups on everyone to make sure that their workload is okay for them.

Ensuring
that workloads are easily handled per person
1.10 MISCONDUCT EXPLANANTION AND
POLICY
Misconduct will be first dealt with by the Producer
and if needed further escalated to the Executive Producers.
After a complaint from a team member is made against
another team member, a report will be created, and an investigation
opened. Bellow outlines the steps we will take to resolve the issue.
