BSA703- How do we explain your characters to other animators?

Image
Last night, Max and I worked on a document to give our character design team.  This document outlines and explain what Max as a a director wants from the character team in terms of explaining our characters.

BSA703-Update on production 01

Character Bibles are under way. Max has been directing a test animation to sort out our pipeline for both 2D and 3D and Compositing.  Everyone is working well at the moment. I am pretty happy with how everyone has been going.  I will be going over the production schedule to see if we are on track.  Currently we are on track!

BSA703-Creating the proposal

I created an editable and shareable document using PowerPoint to create our proposal, This allows for a more visual look when managing our pages and it takes more kindly to pictures. PowerPoint was chosen because it is more versatile as a sharable document. It is almost completed, all that needs to go on it is the Abbreviated budget, which is sitting at about $2500.  The document look clean, polished and well thought out. I am very proud of all the work that has been put into it over the last week.
